The firm advises and assists individuals, companies and public authorities in the settlement of their disputes.

As such, it assists its clients in all proceedings before the criminal and civil courts.

Prior to any proceedings, the firm advises its clients on issues relating to criminal law, criminal business law and, more generally, any question relating to legal disputes.

PRESENTATION

Arthur Gaulier is an attorney at the Paris Bar and a member of the Association of Criminal Lawyers.

A graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and of the Paris Institute of Criminology and Criminal Law, Arthur Gaulier has practiced in various renowned law firms as well as in the Financial Security Department of Société Générale.

A former student of the Paris Bar School, Arthur Gaulier completed the initial training at the National School of Magistrates as part of his individual educational project (PPI).

He trained at Lysias Avocats, founded by Jean-Pierre Mignard, and then joined Doumic Avocats, founded by Solange R. Doumic, where he practiced for four years before creating his own firm.

During these years, Arthur Gaulier was involved in complex litigation with high personal, financial or political stakes. Arthur Gaulier practiced and acquired the values of a rigorous, demanding and combative defense.

He puts this know-how at the service of legal entities and individuals whom he advises to anticipate or resolve conflict situations. He assists or represents his clients before the criminal and civil courts in France, in the departments, regions and overseas collectivities.

The firm advises, assists and represents defendants at all stages of the proceedings, from the investigation, to the investigation, to the trial phase and to sentence adjustment.

In addition, the firm works alongside victims of crime to make their voices heard and assert their right to compensation by assisting them from the time they file a complaint, during the investigation, the judicial inquiry, the hearing and then at the enforcement stage (SARVI, CIVI).
